CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please text me at (707) 366-0340. You may reschedule once if done at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full service amount using the card on file and will be banned from future bookings. Thank you for respecting my time and business policies.
